WSRU 88.1 FM was formed to provide entertainment and information for the students of Slippery Rock University and the surrounding community, while providing practical experience for those students interested in the field of radio an broadcasting. Membership to WSRU 88.1 FM is open to everybody currently enrolled as a student of SRU. WSRU 88.1 FM is run by the students of Slippery Rock University. We are owned by the Student Government Association and the Board of Trustees at Slippery Rock University. We operated at 100 watts of power on the FM dial. Located in room C-211 in the University Union.
